Q: How can I order for a a Look-A-Like OR Stori2Tel?
A: Please provide “FACE” and “OUTFIT” photos that you want us to follow or you can choose from our website.
Face: Front and side view. Select 1 face photo for us to do the crafting.
NOTE: We DO NOT allow change of photo when job in progress.
Q: What other things that I need to do?
A: Give us a short description of what you have in mind. Your name mobile contact and email address.
Q: How long does it take from order date to delivery?
A: About 4 – 5 week for the clay crafting upon payment.
Express Service 40% surcharge within 3 week.
Q: How much does it weigh for a Look-A-Like doll and what is the size?
A: Weight approx. 280 grams for a 16-18cm single doll.
Figurine sizes: Standard 16-18cm H, Large 22-24cm H.
Q: Can I put my customized doll on top of the cake as a cake topper?
A: Yes, only for the 14 – 16 cm H. Please consult your bakery they will advice you further.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: It varies by countries and weight.
Q: What materials do you use to craft the dolls ?
A: Polyresin clay. The dolls are not toxic to human and will not turn moldy.
Q. How do I keep my dolls clean?
A: You can clean the figurines with a piece of dry cloth or brushed it lightly.
Q: Do you create pets?
A: Yes we do. Dogs, cats, rabbits, sofas, benches we charge a fee.
Q: Do you provide copperplate and casing to protect the dolls?
A: Yes, all our acrylic casing are customized to individual size to fit the dolls. Ranging from $75 and above. Copperplate with engraved black text ranging from $35 and above.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are permitted. No refund on deposit when purchase is confirmed.
Q: What happens if the figurine is damaged during shipping?
A: Contact us at info@clayartouch.com.sg and email a photo of the damaged part within 3 days. We will update you and either replace the damaged part or send you a new figurine at no charge.
Q: Will the customized figurine look like me as in my photograph?
A: How to render it, is in the eye of the craftsman with his skill and discretion. It’s not meant to be a mirror image or self portrait, we cannot replicate or make the figurines identical, they are meant to look whimsical and fun.
Q: Can I preview my figurine before it is shipped out?
A: Yes, customers can preview the face of the sculpting process. The face / head of the figurine will sent to customer for their vetting. At this stage customers are allow to fine tune one or twice depending on the timeline.
